FDA Warning Letter on Record
The FDA issued Hims a warning letter on September 9, 2025. FDA reviewed hims.com in August 2025 and found its claims for compounded semaglutide false or misleading, making the products misbranded under FD&C Act sections 502(a) and 502(bb). A matching letter went to the Hers brand the same day. Hims has since removed compounded products from its site.
