How Much Does Piper Cost?
Piper (Join Polly) charges one all-inclusive price per plan length, the same at every dose, with no membership fee: medication, prescription management, supplies and shipping are included. The discount comes only from prepaying, and a multi-month plan ships the whole supply in one package.

Why Did Piper Change Its Name to Polly?
Piper renamed itself Polly on April 29, 2026 to move beyond weight loss into healthy aging, menopause care and longevity under one platform, according to its “Piper is now Polly” notice. The legal entity is unchanged (Piper Wellness LLC d/b/a JoinPolly), and Polly says treatment plans, pricing, doctors and deliveries stayed the same; joinpiper.com redirects to joinpolly.com and the Piper patient portal still works. That is why most people still search for “Piper”: the reviews, Reddit threads and videos about the service mostly predate the name change.

Can You Get a Refund From Piper?
Only early. Polly's refund policy (effective April 29, 2026) allows a refund if you cancel after the consultation but before the order is sent to the pharmacy, or if a provider finds you medically ineligible. After the prescription is transmitted it cannot be cancelled, and shipped orders are final.
- Cancelling a plan (email care@joinpolly.com) stops renewals; the current paid cycle runs out with no prorated refund.

Does Compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide From Piper Work?
Piper prescribes the same active molecules studied in the pivotal trials, so the trial results describe what the drugs can do, not what one pharmacy's preparation will do: semaglutide 2.4 mg produced 14.9% average weight loss over 68 weeks in STEP 1 (NEJM 2021), and tirzepatide 15 mg produced 20.9% over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1 (NEJM 2022).
