Outside the US? Your GLP-1 options

The telehealth programs we review require a US shipping address and a US-licensed prescriber — they cannot ship internationally, and neither can US compounding pharmacies. The good news: brand Ozempic and Wegovy are often substantially cheaper outside the US.

Safety first

Never buy GLP-1 medications from sites that ship internationally without a prescription. Counterfeit Ozempic pens have been documented by regulators in the UK, EU, and Asia-Pacific. Use only pharmacies licensed in your country. Our scam checker guide applies globally.

By region

United Kingdom

Wegovy and Mounjaro available via NHS (restricted eligibility) and private online clinics. Private Wegovy typically £120-£250/month. UK-regulated online pharmacies require a CQC-registered prescriber.

European Union

Ozempic and Wegovy available by prescription in most member states. Cash prices vary widely — roughly €80-€300/month depending on country and dose. Compounded GLP-1s are generally not permitted for cross-border sale.

Canada

Ozempic and Wegovy available by prescription; cash prices typically CAD $200-$400/month — significantly below US retail. Some provinces cover GLP-1s for type 2 diabetes only.

Australia

Wegovy launched in 2024; Ozempic available with ongoing supply constraints. Private scripts typically AUD $130-$460/month. Telehealth prescribing is legal through AHPRA-registered practitioners.

Singapore & Asia-Pacific

Wegovy and Ozempic available via HSA-approved channels in Singapore at roughly SGD $300-$500/month through licensed clinics. Avoid gray-market imports — counterfeit GLP-1 pens are widespread in the region.
