Recorded FDA letter (2025-09-09): FDA reviewed forhers.com in August 2025 and found its claims for compounded semaglutide — including that it had the same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy — false or misleading, making the products misbranded under FD&C Act sections 502(a) and 502(bb).
